本剧讲述的是10年前因食品事故失去孩子的母亲中越纮海（北川景子 饰），在怨恨引起事故的熟食店社长结城旭（大森南朋 饰）的过程中，无意中绑架了旭的孩子。打算复仇的纮海，在绑架中却有很大的失算。纮海要怎么处理绑架的孩子？不断将周围人卷入其中的纮海的复仇究竟会走向何方？失去孩子的事故真相是什么？在那前方等待着他们的两对亲子的结局是…？

Lou和Henry是太平洋西北地区一个小警队中的姐弟侦探组合，他们必须面对各式各样的居民、严重缺乏的资源，以及二人彼此之间、二人与警局局长Big Hank之间非常复杂的关系，而Hank恰好是他们的父亲。

　　The expanded third season picks up six months after the events of season two and follows Lt. Meanwhile, Bernadette Manuelito attempts to settle into her new life 500 miles from home with the Border Patrol, but stumbles across a conspiracy involving human and drug smuggling with far-reaching implications.
